Professionals and teams working by appointment, such as salons, beauty businesses and consulting practices. You can set services, durations and each professional's availability.
Explore featuresCan I try it before subscribing?
Yes. Start without a card with an allowance of trial appointments. Set up services and hours and try the calendar with your business. Check the available trial appointments in your account; do not assume a fixed duration or allowance.
Create my calendarDo I need a website or an installation to receive bookings?
You do not need your own website. Share your booking link and clients can open it in their phone browser. You can customise that page to reflect your business.

How much does it cost and how do I add my team?
The base plan starts at €19/month plus VAT for one person. Each additional calendar costs €9/month plus VAT. Check billing periods and conditions on the pricing page before subscribing.
View pricingIs there a minimum commitment?
There is no minimum commitment. You can cancel subscription renewal. Check your current billing period and end date in your account; cancelling renewal does not refund a period already paid for.
Read termsAre there booking commissions?
There is no commission on each booking or marketplace acquisition fee. Optional online payments have the fees and conditions described in the payments section.

Can I use several devices?
Yes. Sign in on a phone, tablet or computer to access your business calendar within your assigned permissions. An internet connection is needed to synchronise changes.
Can each professional have different hours?
Yes. Set up a calendar for each professional, assign services and adjust hours and access. Add only the calendars your team needs.
Team calendarsDo I have to use payments, packages or AI?
You can manage appointments without enabling online payments. Packages and the assistant are tools for tasks where you find them useful. The features page explains how they work and their conditions.

Apúntalo does not sell client data or use it to attract your clients to other businesses. The privacy and security page explains access, providers and data processing.
