Apúntalo terms and conditions
These terms govern access to and use of Apúntalo by businesses, professionals, teams and related users.

1. Service owner
Apúntalo is operated by Víctor de Vierna Valcarce, NIF 71457636V, C/ Embalse La Tabla N1, Jiménez de Jamuz, 24767 León, Spain. Contact: hello@apuntalo.com.
2. Acceptance of the terms
By accessing, creating an account, testing or subscribing to Apúntalo, you accept these terms and the applicable policies. If you act for a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
3. Service description
Apúntalo provides online calendar, booking, WhatsApp/SMS reminders where applicable, team, client, service, availability, integration and related features for local businesses.
4. Accounts and security
The business must provide accurate information, protect credentials, manage team access and report unauthorised use.
5. Relationship with final clients
Each business remains responsible for its client relationship, the information it provides and the legality of the data entered in Apúntalo.
6. Communications and integrations
Reminders, confirmations, WhatsApp, SMS, email, Google Calendar or other integrations depend on external providers, permissions, coverage, platform rules and business settings.
7. Plans, payments and taxes
Prices, plans, features and applicable taxes will be shown before purchase or in commercial channels. Payments may be managed by Stripe or Paycomet.
8. Permitted use
- Do not use Apúntalo for illegal, abusive or fraudulent purposes.
- Do not try to access data from other businesses.
- Do not bypass technical or security limits.
- Do not send communications without a sufficient legal basis.
9. Availability and evolution
We work to keep the service available, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance, incidents, providers or external causes.
10. Intellectual property
Apúntalo’s brand, software, designs, texts and materials belong to their owners. Using the service does not transfer ownership of the platform.
11. Liability
Apúntalo provides a technology tool. The business remains responsible for its operation, services, client relationship, legal compliance and data entered.
12. Suspension, cancellation and changes
We may suspend access in case of breach, abuse, security risk or non-payment. These terms may be updated for legal, technical or commercial changes.
