At Apúntalo, we like to share projects that show how technology can be shaped around the needs of a specific campaign. One example is our work with L’Oréal Professionnel on a temporary campaign in Seville.
During the campaign, Apúntalo provided the online booking platform for the Hyaluronic Glossing service at participating salons. Customers could discover the service, choose a salon and book an available time through an experience designed to match the campaign.
Simple online booking in just a few steps
The booking journey was deliberately straightforward: select a participating L’Oréal Professionnel salon, view its available times and choose the appointment that suited you.
Customers did not need to create a conventional account or remember a password. Identity was verified using a mobile number and a code sent by SMS.
Once verified, the booking could be completed in seconds, including from a mobile phone.
A platform designed around the campaign
The platform was adapted both to coordinate bookings across the participating salons and to reflect the visual identity of the Hyaluronic Glossing campaign.
In one place, customers could find a participating salon, choose their preferred location and see available appointment times directly.
The collaboration was created specifically for this campaign and ended with it. The Apúntalo team was delighted to provide its technology to a brand of L’Oréal Professionnel’s standing.
